Website Terms
Last updated: September 28, 2026
These terms apply to your use of oralai.com, our demo line, and our other public demos (together, the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to them. If your practice is an OralAI customer, its use of OralAI’s services is governed by its Customer Agreement, not these terms. OralAI is a trade name of Dental Dial Inc. (“OralAI,” “we,” “us”).
1. Using the Site
You may use the Site to learn about OralAI and to contact us. Please don’t misuse it. For example, don’t interfere with its operation, try to gain unauthorized access, collect its content by automated means, or use it to break the law.
2. Demos
Our demo line and other demos use an AI assistant. Demo calls and conversations are recorded and transcribed. Demos use sample practices and made-up information, so please don’t share real patient or health information. Demo answers may be inaccurate and are not dental, medical, or other professional advice. In an emergency, call 911.
3. Text messages
Programs. OralAI runs two text programs: OralAI Call Alerts, for staff of customer practices who are signed up for call alerts and account notifications, and OralAI Demo Texts, for people who ask our demo line to text them (for example, a sample appointment confirmation).
Consent. We text you only if you agreed to receive our texts or asked us for a text. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Frequency. Alert messages vary with call activity. Demo texts are usually one or a few messages.
Costs. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out and help. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving messages from that program. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@oralai.com.
Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
Texts that a dental practice sends to its own patients through OralAI are part of that practice’s messaging program and are governed by the practice’s terms.
4. Our content
The Site and its content belong to OralAI or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share Site pages, but you may not copy, modify, or reuse our content for other purposes without our permission. OralAI’s name and logos are our trademarks.
5. Feedback
If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without any obligation to you.
6. Other websites
The Site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
7. Disclaimers
The Site and demos are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Site will be accurate, complete, or always available. Nothing on the Site is dental, medical, legal, or other professional advice.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OralAI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to US$100.
9. Governing law
California law governs these terms. Disputes about the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts in Santa Clara County, California.
10. Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version on the Site. Changes apply from the date they are posted and do not apply to disputes that arose earlier.
